Phedra Arthur is a results-driven, innovative professional with valuable experience in leading transformational change driving agility, enhancing IT operating models and overcoming operational hurdles across diverse industries in both national and international companies.
Phedra ́s expertise spans a broad range of operational functions. Her abilities to successfully manage demanding situations; to nurture high-profile relationships, combined with her many years of experience transforming processes, enhancing customer experience and managing change has made her a valuable member within the organizations she’s worked for.
At Exelon, a Fortune 100 company and leading competitive energy supplier for homes and businesses across the continental United States, Phedra implemented the largest commercial platform of technology, process, culture, and end-user experience. In 18 months, she was able to shape an agile organizational transformation to a product model and accelerate how the business and IT organizations partner to deliver outcomes.
In addition to her role at Exelon, Phedra is on the Advisory Board of Friendish Corp, a mobile consumer App that has garnered 23 million impressions and was featured on an Apple TV show.
Prior to joining Exelon, she was the Program Delivery Director of Nava, a civic tech start-up that leads the charge of re-imagining public services. At Nava, Phedra managed program delivery of the award-winning Quality Payments Program submissions API that transformed how doctors get paid to care for the country’s 34 million Medicare recipients, ushering in the largest change in Medicare history.
Before Nava, she developed and led project and program management functions at AT&T Global Services and BB&T.
Phedra is a well-rounded professional equipped and driven to handle and overcome demanding business challenges. She has been instrumental in executing new initiatives that have transformed organizations, demanding excellence, and mentoring high-performing teams. Her dynamic and relentless spirit along with her commitment to technology are the key drivers of her success.
Phedra’s background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida.
